Dr. Juan Gonzalez is a highly experienced Board Certified Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon with over 20 years of practice. He specializes in a wide range of procedures, including complex surgeries, dental implants, facial trauma, and jaw surgery. Dr. Gonzalez is also Board Certified in Anesthesia and has extensive training in all aspects of anesthesia. He has performed over 15,000 moderate to deep sedation and general anesthesia cases. For the past decade, he has focused on full arch surgery, particularly severe bone loss cases using advanced techniques. He is renowned for his expertise in zygomatic and pterygoid implants and regularly teaches and lectures on advanced dental implant techniques. In addition, Dr. Gonzalez is the head of surgery for ORCAA global and has developed various treatment protocols. He also has a wealth of experience as a surgeon and educator in the United States Army and Air Force Reserves. In his free time, Dr. Gonzalez enjoys traveling, flying, sports, and spending time with his family.

She is also a certified specialist in zygomatic implants and the use of hyaluronic acid in dentistry. Apart from her clinical work, Beatriz is actively involved in academia, serving as a professor and collaborating in various Master’s programs. She is a member of esteemed professional societies and has presented research papers and publications on a national level. Dr. João Baptista Ilha Filho is a renowned physician and dental surgeon with extensive expertise in maxillofacial surgery. A respected educator, he has taught hundreds of students in various countries around the world. Dr. Ilha Filho has made significant contributions to the field of zygomatic surgeries, developing kits and successfully installing over 6,000 zygomatic implants. Dr. Ilha Filho holds degrees in Medicine from Unicesumar in Paraná, Brazil, and Dental Surgery from the University of Valadares in Minas Gerais, Brazil. He is a member of the Brazilian College of Craniomaxillofacial Surgery and serves as a professor and coordinator of the Postgraduate Dental Implants program at Unicsul in Porto Alegre, Brazil. Additionally, he is a professor of residency in Oral Maxillofacial Surgery in Maringá, Paraná, Brazil, and acts as the coordinator of the Zygomatic Fixation Course at the Orofacial Center Clinic. With 22 years of training and 17 years of experience in zygomatic fixation, he is a renowned expert in his field, teaching and guiding students from around the world in the art of zygomatic fixation surgeries.

Dr. Miguel Casado has been at the forefront of dentistry in Palma de Mallorca for over 20 years. He obtained his dental degree and title of dental surgeon from Universidad Mayor, Chile, in 2003. Following this, he specialized in aesthetic dentistry at Universidad Andrés Bello and expanded his expertise in oral implantology and endodontics at Universidad Illes Balears. In 2015, he delved into advanced implantology at the Dr. Sasha Jovanovic Institute in Los Angeles.
Licensed in Spain and registered with the Dental Council in the UK, Dr. Casado is committed to continuous learning, regularly updating his skills. Beyond his clinic, he’s known for his community service, volunteering in Senegal from 2010 to 2014 with ONG Dentistas Sobre Ruedas.
