Dr. Juan Gonzalez is a highly experienced Board Certified Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon with over 20 years of practice. He specializes in a wide range of procedures, including complex surgeries, dental implants, facial trauma, and jaw surgery. Dr. Gonzalez is also Board Certified in Anesthesia and has extensive training in all aspects of anesthesia. He has performed over 15,000 moderate to deep sedation and general anesthesia cases. For the past decade, he has focused on full arch surgery, particularly severe bone loss cases using advanced techniques. He is renowned for his expertise in zygomatic and pterygoid implants and regularly teaches and lectures on advanced dental implant techniques. In addition, Dr. Gonzalez is the head of surgery for ORCAA global and has developed various treatment protocols. With 22 years of training and 17 years of experience in zygomatic fixation, he is a renowned expert in his field, teaching and guiding students from around the world in the art of zygomatic fixation surgeries.

Prof. Ricca further pursued advanced training in facial aesthetics, obtaining a postgraduate specialization and a Master’s-level qualification in Orofacial Harmonization credentials that underscore her extensive expertise in this field.
With over 8 years of teaching experience as a professor Prof. Ricca serves as the
